White Turf St. Moritz 2025

The White Turf St. Moritz racing series concluded in spectacular fashion, drawing more than 13,000 spectators to the frozen Lake St. Moritz on the final race Sunday. Fans were treated to top-tier entertainment across gallop, trot, and skijoring disciplines, with the day’s highlight being Saadi, ridden by Clément Lheureux, who claimed victory in the prestigious Evangelos Pistiolis Foundation 84th Grand Prix of St. Moritz, securing a prize of 100,000 Swiss francs.

The title of Queen of the Engadin once again went to Valeria Schiergen, as the overall skijoring victory was awarded to last Sunday’s winner following the race’s cancellation.

After the first White Turf weekend had to be called off due to heavy precipitation, the thrilling, sun-drenched final race day was a much-needed delight for all involved. Across the second and third weekends, more than 23,000 spectatorsattended the races, with wintery snowfall gracing the second weekend and brilliant sunshine illuminating the third.

Together with the Family Days held on both Saturdays, White Turf 2025 proved to be another resounding success, welcoming a total of 26,000 visitors to this year’s event. The combination of elite horse racing, breathtaking alpine scenery, and a vibrant festival atmosphere once again cemented White Turf’s reputation as one of the most unique and prestigious equestrian events in the world.
