The panoramic views of the Swiss capital and the Bernese Alps can be experienced this winter from a glass palace on the Sky Terrace of the Hotel Schweizerhof Bern & Spa.
The hotel Schweizerhof invites guests to warm up inside their Tubbo while enjoying a selection of warm cheeses. The menu, created by chef Wolfgang Schmidt, consists of four different 3-course menus, each including a savory soup and fine dessert. There will be assortments from Classic Cheese fondue to fondue Chinoise with an exciting new addition to the menu, Vegan fondue. This unique winter activity goes on until February 28, 2023.
The menu includes:
– The Bürgenstock Collection Festive Moments Cheese fondue served with vegetables, fried onions & Emmental raw ham – CHF 72 per person, finished with black truffle + CHF 15, per 300 grams of cheese + CHF 30.
– Fondue Chinoise with hand cut meat (beef, veal & chicken), various sauces, vegetables, rice & potatoes – CHF 84 per person, per 120 grams hand cut meat + CHF 20
– Vegetarian Fondue Chinoise with hand-cut vegetables, various sauces, rice & potatoes – CHF 58 per person
– Vegan Fondue – CHF 72 per person, refined with black truffle + CHF 15, per 300 grams of vegan fondue + CHF 30, Cherry Schnapps + CHF 5As well as offering a wide variety of warming fondues, the Tubbo can accommodate up to 20 guests, whether you are gathering with family and friends or hosting a team event.
The Sky Terrace is open from Wednesday to Saturday starting at 5 pm and closed on Sunday and Tuesday evenings.
