On November 25th, the Pink Ribbon Switzerland Christmas Gala ushered in the magical festive season at the beautiful Dolder Grand Hotel in Zurich. 200 guests enjoyed a moving evening of culinary and musical delights and highlights.
In the elegant ballroom of The Dolder, the Swiss presenter, Sven Epiney, hosted the charity evening with lots of charm. In addition to many personal stories that touched the heart, various stars of the Swiss music scene – including Caroline Chevin, Tiziana Gulino, Tanja Dankner, Jesse Ritch, Remo Forrer, and Marc Storace – thrilled the audience with an exclusive concert.
From emotional ballads such as “I Will Never Love Again” and “Heaven” to classics like “We Are the World” and Christmas songs like “Wonderful Dreams”, every song had a special meaning. The crowning glory of the concert was the well-known Pink Ribbon anthem, “Zäme Simer Stercher”, which had all the guests singing along.
This year’s Pink Ribbon Christmas Gala raised significant funds for pioneering research. The auction and donations gathered an incredible 161,000 Swiss Francs for the VISION I study, which promises patients with an aggressive form of breast cancer gentler treatment. The event underlined the importance of Pink Ribbon Switzerland’s commitment, combining warmth, art, and music to create a powerful expression of solidarity that inspired everyone to continue to stand up together for hope and a cure.
The Dolder Grand and Sisley Paris are the primary partners of the Pink Ribbon Music Gala, and Klinik Hirslanden and the Breast Center Zurich are its official specialist partners.
