Located in the scenic town of Zermatt at an altitude of 2100 meters, Chez Vrony sits nestled in the foothills, featuring a stunning view of the Matterhorn.
Inspired by local products, the restaurant’s menu features both traditional classics and specialities with international flair. A tantalizing tapas selection, juicy burgers, melt-in-the-mouth raclette, fondue, and rösti – the list goes on.
Some recipes, such as its dry-cured meat, sausage, and cheeses, are even made using age-old traditional recipes which have been passed down from generation to generation. All dishes can also be complemented by carefully selected wines from near and far.
The mountain restaurant itself has a large terrace which boasts fantastic mountain views, as well as cosy indoor seating perfect for the colder months.
Chez Vrony is run by Vrony herself, and it has been mentioned many times in the press as a true mountain experience.
