The Lenkerhof was built in 1689 below the hotel’s own Balmen spring as a spa hotel. The combination of nostalgia and modernity is omnipresent. The Lenkerhof is located in Simmental in the Bernese Oberland. Light cuisine from all parts of the world, with 15 à la carte dishes to choose from and a relaxed atmosphere: that’s Spettacolo. Mediterranean, with dishes from the French-Italian Riviera, is the menu at Oh de vie. In addition to the two gourmet restaurants “Spettacolo”, awarded 16 points by Gault Millau, and “Oh de vie” with 15 points, the chef is also responsible for the kitchen concept of the associated mountain restaurant Bühlberg. The rustic inn in the mountains with “Lenk’s most beautiful sun terrace” offers authentic Swiss dishes.
Modern architecture, extensively renovated in 2022, on 2000 square metres with textile and nude zone in the sauna area: making the “7sources beauty & spa” one of the largest wellness landscapes in the Bernese Oberland with outdoor pool with Lenk spring water, sports pool, bio sauna, herbal sauna, steam bath, stone oil sauna, Finnish sauna, salt sauna, textile sauna & textile steam bath, ice grotto, relaxation areas, workout and fitness area. The Lenkerhof wellness area uses water from one of the oldest and most sulphur-rich springs in Switzerland.
