The Palavrion Grill Restaurant in Zurich launched a new tradition one year ago of hosting kitchen parties every last Saturday of the month. The concept of the parties is the participation of guests in the cooking process together with the Palavrion chefs, trying delicious and fresh vegetables, meat and fish dishes coming straight from the grill on an all-inclusive basis, networking, dancing and having fun in the heart of Zurich.
In June 2018 we had an idea for Swissglam, together with Palavrion to organize Russian Kitchen Party. At the event, Russian speaking readers of Swissglam were entertained with Russian food specialities (shashlik, Russian salad, caviar, cheesecake), Russian music and matryoshka dolls:) It was a great event with an amazing show kitchen, DJ tunes, giveaways with attractive prizes and goodie bags.
Palavrion Grill belongs to the Mövenpick Holding so the guests tasted Mövenpick wine during the evening and received gifts from Mövenpick Food. We were happy to have Farmy.ch, the Swiss online shop for regional and organic products, as the partner of the Russian Kitchen Party who delivered local fruit and vegetables and treated our guests with take-aways healthy snacks.
