The House of Veuve Clicquot is proud to announce the return of the Solaire Café in Zurich, where champagne and gastronomy will once again come together in an exceptional setting. From August 30 to September 21, the “Bar am Wasser” will be the new home of this unique pop-up under the direction of Dirk Hany, the bar’s managing director, and star chef Adrian Bührer.
In the “Bar am Wasser”, evenings become a culinary journey. Dishes specially created to accompany Veuve Clicquot champagnes are served in two exclusive time slots. They take guests on a colorful and refined journey of taste.
By reservation:
The first service starts at 6.30 pm and ends at 8.30 pm.
The second service starts at 8.45 pm and ends when the bar closes.
On the terrace, a chic bistronomy invites gourmets to enjoy themselves in a relaxed atmosphere. Reservations are not required here. In this ambience, where the elegant interior and the cozy outdoor area merge naturally, you can enjoy the last days of summer in Zurich and indulge in à la carte dishes and a glass of champagne in a relaxed atmosphere and let yourself be pampered by the last rays of sunshine.
