The Basel Openair Summerstage was created with the idea of a new festival for Basel with a strong local connection and has been held annually since 2011.
Since its second edition in 2012, the openair, which is now well established in the Rhineland music scene, has taken place in the idyllic scenery of Park im Grünen.
During the festival, music lovers can enjoy a diverse first-class musical program under the open sky with local, national and international first-class musicians. And all this at fair prices and for young and old.
On the festival grounds you will find a large stage, a VIP grandstand, festival benches with seats, band merchandising and food and beverage stands and bars.
