R.C Concepts culinary events will be present as a Pop Up at the St.Moritz Polo Worldcup. The tent will be located on the Polo piazza, where we serve a selection of food and drinks.
Be ready for the glazed braised beef ravioli with mushroom foam. As a vegetarian alternative, ricotta ravioli with mushroom foam and Belper tuber will be offered. The team will also serve two different Japanese milk breads. The first with cheese cream, Perigord truffle and balsamic vinegar and the second with snow crab, Oona caviar and crème fraiche.
