Zurich’s most beautiful Christmas illuminations adorn these narrow, winding streets. They will be switched on on November 23, 2023 at 6pm and will stay lit until January 6, 2024.
The switching on of “Lucy” is a firmly established tradition in Zurich and heralds the start of the Advent season. On the last but one Thursday in November, countless people gather to see the 11,550 light crystals shine out for the first time, spread over a distance of one kilometer.
