This has never been seen before in Switzerland: all of Jean Sibelius’ symphonic works, performed on three concert evenings by the BBC Symphony Orchestra under the baton of its chief conductor, the Finn Sakari Oramo. The late symphonies 5 to 7 are on the program in Bern, the others can be heard in Geneva and Zurich.
